Band From TV will per­form on the sec­ond annual edi­tion of (Amer­i­can) Idol Gives Back which airs Wednes­day April 9th, 2008. The two-and-a-half hour show will fea­ture Band From TV, Bono, Fer­gie, Brad Pitt, “Amer­i­can Idol” alumni Car­rie Under­wood and Chris Daugh­try, John Leg­end, Reese With­er­spoon and many oth­ers. All these stars will encour­age Amer­ica to donate to a good cause.

Idol gives back organ­is­ers are hop­ing to raise over $100 mil­lion for char­i­ties like the Children’s Defense Fund, The Global Fund To Fight AIDS, Tuber­cu­lo­sis And Malaria, Make It Right and Save The Children.
