The Band From TV lineup includes a powerhouse of well-known and acclaimed actors including: Greg Grunberg (drums), a veteran of shows such as Alias and Felicity and currently starring in the NBC hit HEROES; Hugh Laurie (keyboards), currently starring in the FOX hit HOUSE; James Denton (guitar), currently starring in the ABC hit DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES; Bob Guiney (vocals), who appeared on THE BACHELOR and is currently seen on ABC's THE VIEW; Bonnie Somerville (vocals), starring in ABC's new fall series CASHMERE MAFIA; and rounding out the band are accomplished musicians Rich Winer, Chris Kelley, Barry Sarna, Larry Thomas, Bryan McCann and child-star turned bass player Brad Savage.
"Hoggin' All The Covers" is the soon to be released debut DVD/CD featuring a collection of some of music's most beloved songs. This DVD/CD package will highlight the band's passion for classic rock and roll with live performances of such well-known songs such as "Mustang Sally," "Will It Go Round In Circles," "Feelin' Alright," "Pink Cadillac," and "Lean on Me." Shot in front of a live audience on a state-of-the-art sound stage at Center Staging in Los Angeles in July of 2007, the performance was filmed utilizing twelve high definition cameras and recorded in 5.1 digital surround-sound.
"Hoggin' All The Covers" will also include never before seen behind-the scenes footage of how the production came to be as well as rehearsals, band interviews, candid interaction amongst the band members, information on the vast array of charities who will benefit from the sales of this package and, of course, the pranks and mayhem that took place during the filming.
All of the celebrities have a charity they support: as does the production entitiy. Band From TV is all about giving, with the majority of money raised from both gigs and the sale of the DVD/CD package being donated back to help the wonderful charities in their endeavors.

Charity Scope, Reach and Database: The Band From TV was created by Greg Grunberg as a vehicle to help raise money for a variety of charitable causes. And, rather than just attach his name to a charity, this project hits home for Greg as his eldest son has epilepsy. Having band mates share this passion for charities has led to creation of the Band From TV Global Charity Trust Fund with almost all of the bands proceeds benefiting notable charities including the National Epilepsy Foundation, Save the Children, NRDC, National Myloma Foundation and others. The key here is that these charities are not just willing to be silent beneficiaries. On the contrary, it is their dedication and support of this project that will have them actively marketing this DVD/CD package to their extensive databases (in the millions) and their corporate sponsors as well as utilizing their own marketing avenues to assist in helping to raise both awareness and funds so all will benefit from the success of this project.
